Media and Collaborations with Brandi Fleck

Written By Brandi Fleck

This is a running list of all the media publications I’ve been featured in or contributed to so you can get to know me better through what I’ve been teaching and talking about. This post also includes ways to contact me for guest appearances in your podcast or blog and how to be featured on my podcast or blog.

I believe that sharing your story (as long as it doesn’t re-traumatize you to do so) is a healthy outlet for you while also letting others who may be struggling with similar problems know they’re not alone. Telling your story enables others to take action to heal themselves when they know that’s an option. And being seen and heard when you’ve been controlled or suppressed is one way to build agency and confidence in your truth. Your voice matters.

So, here is my voice at different points throughout my healing journey before I was a coach as well as during my professional ascent into trauma recovery coaching and beyond. As always, as you dig into these resources, take was resonates and leave the rest.

Latest Media Features and Appearances

This is a growing collection of podcasts, interviews, and guest appearances or posts. I update this list as new media is released. These interviews took place starting in 2023 to present day. It’s important to note that I took a break from running Human Amplified while I became certified as a trauma-informed coach. At the time, and as you’ll hear in some of these interviews, I didn’t know I’d be coming back to Human Amplified, but I’m so glad I did!

Quote on Rent.

Mindful living is like hitting pause on stressing about yesterday or worrying about tomorrow, and just enjoying the now. Whether you’re preparing for someone to pass in your rental home in Hilo, HI, are looking to cleanse your apartment in St. Louis, MO, or are dealing with the room of someone who’s no longer in your Nashville, TN home, check out this Rent. article I was featured in for Dealing with Death in the Home.

Interview with Bold Journey Magazine

Here, I talk about how past abuse and neglect impact decision making, how you can strengthen your decision making skills after you’re safe, and how making aligned decisions is related to reducing overwhelm.

Interview with CanvasRebel Magazine

Meet Brandi Fleck

Here, I share about what I think matters most in terms of achieving success; who I am and what I do; a personal story about when I had to unlearn a lesson; and a story about a time I had to pivot in business.

Interview with Nashville Voyager Magazine

Exploring Life & Business with Brandi Fleck of Brandi Fleck Coaching

Here, I share parts of my backstory (the choice the stop work on Human Amplified and become a coach); some of the challenges I’ve overcome; all about my BFC brand; and how to connect, collaborate, and support one another.

In the Media: 2020-2022

This is a collection of mentions, podcast contributions, podcast interviews, and guest appearances. These occurred at different points in my healing journey while I was also a burgeoning entrepreneur. While my opinions or ideas may have evolved since these appearances, they are still valid for where I was at the time they were captured and may be valuable to you if you’re in a similar place. For context, These interviews took place between the years 2020 - 2022, so the world was in turmoil and the uncertainty that we’re living in was just beginning.

Of note, appearing on certain publications is not necessarily an endorsement of the media’s overall message or values. My opinions are my own and also don’t represent the opinions of others.

Interview on the Dimed Out podcast

Dimed Out: Season 2, Episode 6 - Brandi Fleck (Human Amplified)

This interview was a super fun exploration about how I created a space for people to open up themselves, their stories, talk about their experiences and celebrate being themselves. And the host, Mal Foster, asked the perfect questions to let me indulge the part of me that loves to philosophize and intellectualize human nature and our purpose and part in existence. We covered topics like communication, connectivity, flow, empathy, duality, the Universe, identity with social media and technology (online instant gratification vs. genuine long-term relationship building through technology.) This interview showcases me and the things I like to think about, in a nutshell, and I’m grateful for that.

Interview on Mondays with Meg

How to Grow Through Grief When Life Keeps Changing Around You

This interview was one of the first times I put myself out there live as a first step into teaching about the things that I coach around today. My answers to Meg’s questions were based on my own personal experience and patterns I’d observed with the many guests that had come onto my own platform at this time. We talked about what grief is; how it can show up with “bad” AND “good” changes; how to know when we’re grieving (physical signs); the importance of recognizing and processing grief; and dealing with unreliable support systems.

Appearance on The Raw and Wild Hearts podcast

You are Light, Love and Here for a Purpose

I was honored to contribute to this deeply spiritual episode of Lori Reising’s long-running podcast that speaks to my soul, and hopefully yours too! Lori is healer, educator, writer, adventurer, retreat leader, therapist, activist, spiritual leader, channeler, and astrologer. For this episode, she asked several people to answer the questions, “What is God to me?” and “When do I feel God the most?” I answered in full vulnerability. She ends the episode with a beautiful guided meditation that you’ll want to try, especially if you’re spiritually ascending.

The Benefits of Spiritual Journeys with Brandi Fleck

This was my last public interview before deciding to become a trauma recovery coach. Here, host Ryan Cote and I discuss the meaning of life and benefits of spiritual journeys in knowing your true self; a system for scheduling tasks that allows for creative flexibility in your schedule; and the importance of using your intuition to guide your path through life—all of which I still rely on today.

Contact Me for Collaborations

I’m more than happy to collaborate with wellness practitioners, therapists, doctors, nurses, intuitives/spiritual leaders, healers (energy, reiki, massage, acupuncture, etc.), nutritionists, other coaches, and other indie podcasters or entrepreneurs with aligned values to showcase services and products in creative, content-driven ways.

I love to try holistic healing modalities so I an review them for or demonstrate them to my audience. I also love natural and wellness products that help relieve stress, tension, anxiety and inflammation so I can recommend them to others who need support in that way. I only endorse products I’ve tried and find that help, but am open to hearing about your product if it’s a good fit.

Feel free to email me to inquire about collaboration, and we can chat about what might genuinely support both of our audiences and/or client bases to create massive value, together.

Due to the large amount of email I get, I cannot respond to all inquiries, but I appreciate you!
