This is a transcript of the conversation between myself, Brandi Fleck, Host of the Human Amplified podcast and Luminara on healing through surrender and timeline merging. Plus, Luminara reveals how animals communicate telepathically, evolve with us, and often absorb our pain.

What if your pet is trying to tell you something—and you just haven’t known how to listen? In this profound conversation, energy healer and intuitive guide Luminara reveals how animals communicate telepathically, how they often absorb our pain, and how true healing begins with presence, surrender, and a deeper connection to consciousness itself.

What Does It Mean to Be Human? A Soul's Journey Back to Love

Brandi:

What does being human mean to you?

Luminara:

Being human to me is a chance to learn. To evolve into a higher state of consciousness. To return back home. I used to think, what is the point? But apparently—well, I believe and have read—consciousness is evolving itself, informing itself, learning and creating through form.

So we are here as part of the All That Is to experience everything we can, to create everything we can. And I hope that it's true that the All That Is is just love. And we come and we learn, and each time we get a little bit further to love. Which—I like if you replace the word “God” with “love.” So many things make sense, you know.

Brandi:

Yeah, beautiful. Thank you for that.

Everyone, today we're talking to Luminara, also known as Esther Klein. For two decades, Luminara has been a guiding force in energy healing, consciousness expansion, and the awakening of innate human abilities. A master Reiki practitioner and intuitive guide, she specializes in helping individuals break through physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages, drawing from her own profound journey of overcoming incurable conditions through self-mastery and holistic medicine.

Deeply connected to the intersection of science and spirituality, Luminara explores how consciousness shapes reality—from the telepathic bonds between humans and animals to the ethical evolution of AI. Her work challenges conventional paradigms, offering a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern innovation.

She’s co-founder of a charity called The Center of Yes, and she’s based in Manchester, England. Today, we’ll be exploring the ins and outs of animal telepathy, how consciousness is involved, and whatever else may come up as a result of the conversation. I’m really excited to get into this. Luminara, welcome to the show.

Luminara:

Thank you for having me. Lovely to meet you.

Brandi:

Yeah, lovely to meet you too. So after having read your bio, what else do you want people to know about who you are?

Luminara:

I've finally just finished the website, which I mentioned to you before we began. I think I was literally, all my life, glimpsing alternate timelines. I didn’t realize that until I learned about timelines—because I wanted to do everything. And everyone always told me, my whole life, “You need to stick at one thing.” And I tried... and I couldn’t.

So I went from one thing to one thing to one thing to one thing. I had so many things, and I loved doing them all. People would say, “You won’t make it if you do loads of things. You’ve got to focus on one thing.” But it never felt right to me.

So finally, when I learned about timelines and merged the timelines, I am now free to do all the things that make me me. Not that it’s an identity thing—I’ve gone through the destruction of the identity and the ego—but out the other side, I was even more creative. I wanted to do more things. I managed to merge them together now, and within the website are all the things that I do. Or most of them. I dropped the ones that didn’t serve me anymore.

But it’s always been about creativity. I’ve been very, very creative since I was tiny. I was definitely given a hard lifetime. And to survive that lifetime, I learned so many methods and ways to help heal myself. And in the end—so emotionally, I was healed quite a long time ago—but the physical state of my body was not catching up.

Healing Incurable Illness Through Surrender and Energy Work

Luminara:

I didn’t think I was going to heal. For ten years, I kept saying, “I know I can heal. I know I can. Why am I not healing?” And then—when I stopped fighting it—the moment I said, “I surrender. I accept. I’m not going to heal,” I began to heal.

And now I am healed of so many apparently incurable conditions. I feel it is my time to come out now and help other people on a larger scale with what I’ve learned.

Brandi:

Wow. I love how you mentioned that surrender just made everything happen. But real quick, I also want to ask you—how did you manage to merge the timelines? Because I feel like I’m going through something very similar where I’m like, I want to do all the things, and there’s no way I’m going to just focus on one.

How’d you do it?

Merging Timelines and Living Your Full Purpose

Luminara:
Am I allowed to plug somebody else? I don’t get anything out of it.

Brandi:

Of course!

Luminara:

Brian Scott does a video called “Master,” and every time—so I don’t have much time to listen to things, and if I do, I’m never watching the video—it’s when I’m lying down, being in the body, which is the best way to heal on any level. But if we listen to something that’s profound, interesting, good for us—and absorb it with the body as we relax and listen with our eyes closed—we really take it on board.

Every so often, Brian Scott’s video would pop up, and then he began to bring timeline videos out—about how to jump timelines so that you can be on a different one. He professes—and I totally get it now—plus I read this fantastic book (and I can’t remember the man’s name, which is a shame)... a fantastic book about timelines.

So Brian, and the wonderful man who wrote this book, they say timelines aren’t something that we have to create. And when we’re manifesting, we’re not manifesting by bringing something into fruition—it’s already there. Each timeline already exists. All the possible versions of you already exist. But you’re only on the frequency of the one that you can see and experience now.

At the beginning, the idea is you choose which timeline you want to be on. And apparently, everything that you’ve ever thought you want to create—it’s not that you’re having an idea to create it. It’s that it’s already created. It’s already one of your timelines. And you know it is. So it’s always going to come... if you can get on that frequency.

It’s about hopping onto the frequency of the one you prefer.

And then, more recently—sometime early last year—Brian Scott offered a timeline merge. And that was my moment. I was like, “Wow. I need this.” And I did it.

It was really shortly after—these are only short activations, they’re not massive—but obviously, everything else I do as well matches it. I don’t just do the video. But yeah, there’s a timeline merge by Brian Scott that I urge you to look at. I’m sure you’re on my sort of frequency, and it’ll get in there really easy. It’ll really help you.

Brandi:

Wonderful. Okay, I will check that out. And then I’ll even link that for listeners in the show notes too, so they can go check that out. What was the book called—the one you read that wasn’t Brian Scott?

Luminara:

Terrible with names. I shouldn’t affirm that. Parallel Universes of Self. It is fantastic. And if you’re anything like me, I will listen and listen and listen and listen until every bit of it is absorbed into every cell of my being—and then we become it.

So the best way to change yourself is to immerse yourself continuously in what it is you want to get to.

Brandi:

Okay, wonderful. Well, now let’s pivot into the animal telepathy discussion...

What Is Animal Telepathy? Real Stories of Intuitive Connection

Brandi:

I know you have a lot of stories—or at least I’ve heard you have a lot of stories. So we’ll get into those in a minute. But first, how did animal telepathy start for you?

Luminara:

From very young, I was very, very connected to animals. It just came naturally. I don’t recall ever hearing them say anything to me, but I used to lean against them—my cat, my dog, whoever I had when I was tiny—and I would speak to them with my mind. They seemed to react to what I was saying. So that was just a natural thing.

I think the first time I heard a word, I went to visit a horse. My friend had horses, and there was a new one sticking his head out of a stable. I’d never met him before. Big chestnut with a big white blaze. I said, “Oh, hello. What’s your name?” I didn’t actually hear anything, but then I said, “Are you Bob? Hello, Bob.”

Then I went inside and asked, “What’s the new horse called?” She said, “Bob.” I was like, oh my God, that is incredible. You don’t call a horse Bob! It was very odd.

So I understood then that they are offering language to us all the time—but it’s on a different level. It’s not our language. Apparently, we download it into our language. But they’re offering their thoughts and feelings all the time to us. Most people just don’t see it.

On another occasion, I was told a horse had been dumped on some land in the middle of winter. No coat. Skin and bones. Apparently, the person who owned the farm had thrown two horses out because their owner hadn’t paid the rent. It was terrible. The RSPCA took the thoroughbred but left the cob—even though she was in awful condition. Black horse with a white blaze. Beautiful.

I was working at a pet shop and groomers at the time, washing dogs in the back, chatting away with them. It was a brilliant job. I overheard this story and knew I’d heard it for a reason. So I went with a friend and a horse box to rescue her.

Where she was kept—there was no water, no food, all brambles. Just this horse. All bones. I got the head collar on her—she was really grateful. And we began to walk toward the horse box. Now, I’d never been on this ground before. I was nervous. It was getting dark.

She walked with me like she knew me. It was lovely. Then, suddenly, she stopped. And I heard—this time I heard the word—“No.” I thought, where’s that come from?

I tried to pull her like you do with a stubborn horse, but she wouldn’t move. I managed to walk a bit forward and left her behind me—and there was a cliff drop. If we’d carried on, we would’ve both been dead.

She showed me another way. We got her into the horse box and brought her home. Seeing her lying in a bed of warm straw, smiling, eating—it was beautiful.

Later, something terrible happened to her, which I don’t really need to go into now. But it was at that point I started trying to understand karma for animals. Their own spiritual paths.

Brandi:

Yeah, please say more.

Do Animals Have a Spiritual Path or Karmic Journey

Luminara:

So, she’d been left once. And then later on—well, I’ll say it quickly—she was in a field with other horses, placed in a sanctuary near my house. She had a hernia and couldn’t be sold. Someone stabbed her. It looked like a screwdriver to the temple. She was paralyzed, down on the ground. The woman from the sanctuary called and said, “You’ve got to come. Barbie’s down. We’re going to have to put her to sleep.”

I held her. Gave her Reiki. We fed her honey while we waited for the vet. And then the vet shot her—in front of us. It was awful.

That was really difficult for me to process. I get terribly upset when things happen to animals. It felt so unfair. She had finally found peace, and then this?

But I had to open myself to the idea that animals have their own karmic paths. She wasn’t meant to stay here. That wasn’t her destiny. I was just part of her journey—gave her six months of a good life. And then she moved on.

Brandi:

Yeah. That’s hard but so powerful. You know, we hear about spirit animals and totems in the spiritual realm, but you don’t often hear people talk about the karmic path of animals. What did you learn about that from that experience?

Luminara:

Just to try and accept. I spent my whole life trying to rescue animals—from tiny little flies to horses. But we have to accept that they have their own path.

Last year, my cat was stolen. It was dreadful. I had to believe it was part of his path—not just mine. It wasn’t about me losing a cat. It was about him and whatever he has on his karmic wheel—.whatever his soul needed to learn or experience. I believe we exist in all forms before we come into human form—and that we’re learning to go back home.

And I only just learned this: our animals might be our children who can’t be with us yet. So they come in as an animal instead.

Brandi:

That is a beautiful thought. I haven’t heard that one before either. That makes so much sense.

The Ethics of Killing Insects: A Spiritual Dilemma

Brandi:

Well, and as a Reiki practitioner—so I was just certified for Reiki back in October, Level Two—and I’ve been struggling. There are ants coming into my house, and everyone else in the house wants to get rid of them. They want to spray. And I’m like… but I’m supposed to honor this life.

How do I get the ants out of my house and still honor their life—and also honor everybody else? What do you do in those circumstances?

Luminara:

That is so brilliant. I have a story about ants—it's quite a sad one.

First of all, the Buddhists believe that an ant is a human who will not learn. Someone who has been dreadful and refuses to learn reincarnates as an ant… and stays as an ant forever, apparently.

Brandi:

Oh wow.

Luminara:

That must be why they’re so annoying to most people. laughs

So back in 2011–2012, me and my son stayed on Great Barrier Island in New Zealand for six months. We stayed in this beautiful house. A lovely old gentleman let us use his little annex in exchange for doing work on the property. It was a beautiful experience. We just lived on homegrown veg that we tended to.

But they’re quite cruel on the island. They kill everything—rats, cats, spiders. They poison them all. It was hard. I was cleaning for him, and the house was full of spiders. I tried to save every single one.

Then we got an ant infestation. And how I’ve always dealt with ants is: I get a bag of sugar, make a very thin line away from the property, pour it into a pile, and they all follow the sugar out. Then you block up the holes where they come in. Tea tree oil or peppermint oil can help—they can’t stand the smell. And for rats or mice, I use wire wool to seal things up.

It works. I did this for my mom’s house. She had a big infestation. She wanted to poison them. I wouldn’t let her. I spent two weeks on my hands and knees sealing up holes—and it worked.

With the ants, this gentleman—he wasn’t spiritual—he got angry and said, “You’ve let ants in with your animal loving. Get them out.” He gave me a liquid and said, “Just put this down. It won’t kill them. They just get drunk and go to sleep.”

He also said something I’ll never forget: “They’re fed up being ants. They want to reincarnate as something else.”

So he convinced me to put the stuff down. I did.

Oh my God… it was horrendous.

There were a few dead in the dish, and around the edges were all these ants looking like they were doing this little dance, like “No, no…” It looked like they were grieving.

It was the worst thing I’ve ever done.

That night, I had a horrible dream. In the dream, he’d asked me to kill a rat—because they were always poisoning the rats, and it really hurt me. So in the dream, I’m trying to kill this rat. I’m hitting it. All of a sudden, it turns into a little dwarf human. Because of what he’d said about reincarnation.

I said, “Oh my God, I didn’t know it was you! I could’ve killed you!”

And in the dream, the rat wouldn’t die. So I tried to gas it with a bottle. It was intense. I wrote all my dreams down when I was there because I was doing a lot of deep work.

Two weeks after that dream, I came across a beautiful black rat dying—poisoned. You could see it. Blood in its eyes. It was awful. The man was out, and my son was only twelve. I had to stop its suffering.

I don’t kill anything. I can’t even kill a fly. Once, I had to put a piece of toast on a crumpled bee and stamp it quick because I couldn’t bear to see it suffer.

So I thought, what am I going to do?

I knew there were guns in the house, but I didn’t know how to use them. I didn’t want to make it worse. So I found a big chunk of wood, like a tree stump. This poor thing was suffering so badly. I just wanted to help it. I picked up the stump and slammed it down.

It didn’t die.

It jumped up.

I did it again.

It jumped again.

I did it a third time.

Finally, it went. But the rat in my dream had been white. And here I was, with this black rat, and the same thing happened in real life.

I had to believe that rat needed to go. That it was ready to reincarnate and move up. But still—horrible. Horrible thing to experience.

So… I’m probably not the one to ask about ants. Other than to say: try the sugar trick.

Brandi:

Yeah, no, thank you for that. And that’s an incredible story. What did you make of it after it happened?

Luminara:

Well, it felt like a premonition. I even considered the gas bottle, like in the dream. I didn’t remember the dream while it was happening, but later when I looked back through my notes, it matched exactly.

Because in the dream, the rat had turned into a person… and the man had said ants wanted to reincarnate… I thought, maybe that’s exactly what happened.

It was horrible that it had to suffer. And horrible that I had to be the one to end its life. But maybe it was ready. Maybe I was being shown that.

Everything happens for a reason. We know that. And again—it was another awakening for me. That maybe we really do incarnate again and again. And move up the ladder.

What Is Consciousness? How Energy Shapes Our Reality

Brandi:

Well… and even as a human, there are perils and things that happen to us—and people—things we don’t necessarily have control over.

So that’s interesting to think about. I’ll just leave it at that.

But let’s pivot into consciousness for a minute, because I feel like that has something to do with being able to communicate with animals.

What do you think? What is consciousness, and what role does it play?

Luminara:

Well, I think consciousness is everything, isn’t it?

You Might Also Like to Read: Sifu Boggie on the Hidden Energy Within and the Power of Consciousness

One thing I’ve noticed—and I’ve said this to my daughter for a few years—is that animals are definitely evolving. Their consciousness is evolving with us. Or maybe we’re just evolving enough to recognize theirs.

But I sort of think—how could it not evolve when we’re evolving?

You see a lot more amazing things now. Animals and birds doing incredible things. They’re so clever and intelligent. And sure, we’ve got the internet now, so we’re seeing more of it—but I do believe their consciousness is rising along with ours.

With telepathy, I think some of us are more naturally attuned. But I believe we all have the capability.

That’s what my latest book is about: we’re on the edge of super consciousness as humans. And so many more of our abilities are coming online now. People are recognizing them in themselves.

When I was a child, if you were how I was with animals, you got called a witch. I don’t like that word. People thought you were weird.

But now… everybody’s waking up.

Luminara:

It’s just a part of the brain—or the mind—that’s awake enough to recognize the communication animals are offering.

Some people just haven’t woken that part up yet. But they will.

And the energy in general has changed, hasn’t it? We’re swimming in a soup of higher consciousness, a higher frequency. It’s less dense. So now it’s much easier to pick up what an animal is trying to tell you.

Brandi:

So if I’m understanding correctly, consciousness plays into animal communication because it’s rising on the planet, and everything is rising, so it’s more accessible to us now—if we open up that part of our brain?

Luminara:

Yeah, exactly.

In 2001, when I started the ascension process, we kept being told: “The veils are lifting.” I didn’t really know what that meant back then.

I thought, does that mean we’re going to start seeing ghosts everywhere?

But that is becoming more prominent too—people seeing more, hearing more, getting communication from those who’ve passed.

And now I understand—“the veils lifting” is literally a shift in density. We can start seeing what’s already there. Because 99% of what’s going on? We can’t see it.

But we’re being opened up now to see more.

And animals? They are communicating with us all the time.

How to Practice Animal Telepathy: A Beginner's Guide

Brandi:

I was going to ask you if anyone can practice telepathy, and it sounds like you believe they can—it’s just easier for some people than others. So if someone wanted to start trying, what would they need to do?

Luminara:

Very, very simple.

We just need to find a state of mind stillness.

In one of the other books I’m writing—called The Luxarian—I’m creating a whole new language of light. It’s about removing negative phrases that people say all the time, even in things like swear words. I’m making up words that help you describe what’s actually happening.

I haven’t made up the word for this yet, but there’s a particular state—something deeper than what people call “mindfulness.” That word has always made me cringe a bit. It doesn’t really describe what it is.

What we’re really aiming for is full presence. Because that’s the state animals exist in.

For instance, when I’m working with a horse that’s rearing in the road, scared of traffic, I bring myself into a full state of presence. I focus on the horse’s energy—and I bring the horse into mine.

Horses are especially good to work with because they’re herd animals. When you’re riding, you become the herd leader. If something crazy happens and you don’t run or stress out, the horse goes, “Oh—they’re not stressing, so I won’t either.”

So it’s how we are that affects the animal. That’s where the communication comes in.

Whether you hear words, feel sensations, or just pick up on something—it’s all energy.

I don’t usually hear words, actually. I’m clairsentient, so I feel. I get a clear feeling, and that feeling tells me what’s going on.

So one of the things I use is called Look, Listen, and Feel. It helps keep the mind still.

Brandi:

I don’t think I’ve tried that.

Look, Listen, and Feel Exercise

Luminara:

It’s so powerful. I use it with school children, and they really respond well.

You bring yourself into a state of presence. The quickest way is to start with your breath—just to bring yourself into the body. But what we’re really aiming for is to be fully in the body, while also relaxed.

If your mind is busy, the animal picks up on that. That’s why animals don’t always relax around stressed people. They pick up your smell—moods have smells. Animals are amazing that way.

You’ve got to get yourself into a neutral state so they feel safe enough to communicate. They’re always trying—it’s us who aren’t listening.

Luminara:

So we’re not trying to get them to talk to us. We’re trying to get us to notice what they’re already saying.

To do this, you must be fully present. Try this: focus your attention on your feet—without moving them. Can you feel your feet?

Brandi:

Yeah.

Luminara:

Then try to feel the whole body that way. Really focus.

If your eyes are open and you’re trying to connect with an animal, don’t look directly at them. Instead, look into their energy field—about 4 to 6 inches beside them. Hold your eyes very still, and keep focused on the feelings in your body.

Listen carefully, too. Their ears are constantly responding to us.

When you’re in that full, instinctual presence—the Look, Listen, and Feel state—you’re truly tuned in with them. You’re on their level.

Brandi:

That makes so much sense. So you might start by practicing this without an animal, and then try it later with a bird or something in the wild?

Luminara:

Exactly. Try it with a bird—and that bird won’t fly away. That’s your first sign it’s working.

And remember, everyone is different. You might be clairaudient and hear words. Or you might be clairvoyant and see pictures.

Some people receive full sentences. The animal’s communication gets downloaded and translated into your native language.

But before you can do any of that, you have to be present. If you’re not in that state, you won’t receive it.

What is Clairsentience? Understanding the Gift of Feeling Energy

Brandi:

Gotcha, okay. You know, you hear people talk about clairaudience and clairvoyance quite a bit, but I’m really interested to know—what does clairsentience feel like? If it’s even describable, how do you translate what you’re getting and feeling into something you know and can take action on?

Luminara:

I think the body translates it and puts it into the mind.

We should always listen to the body before the mind. When you get a gut feeling, go with it—because the mind will often say, “No, that’s not real.”

It took me thirty years of practice to fully trust my own intuition, even though I always had it. I’m 56 now. And the only way I got there was by doing so many things wrong—by going against my gut feeling.

In the end, once you really get it, it bypasses the mind entirely. There’s no thought. You just do it.

It’s the same with Reiki. I’ll walk up to someone, put my hand somewhere, and they’ll say, “How did you know I had a problem there?”

I didn’t. My mind didn’t say, “Go to their shoulder.” My hand just went to the shoulder.

It’s the same with animals. When you’re truly trusting your body, you’ll just go and do what the animal wants—without needing to figure it out intellectually.

Luminara:

My animals have a laugh with me because they know I’ll do whatever they want. They’ll get me up in the night if they want to go in or out, or if they want food. They’re so spoiled.

But they know I can pick up what they want, so I don’t ignore them.

I’m not really sure how it all translates, but when you’re fully in tune with your body—doing Look, Listen, Feel even five minutes a day for two weeks—you’ll be 90% better with your intuition. You’ll start to understand how it works.

I even use it with supplements. When I’m taking a lot of them, I don’t want to take them all every day. So I used to hold them up and ask, “Is this right for me today?” and wait for a yes or no.

Now, my hand just grabs what I need and ignores the rest.

It’s the same with the animals.

Brandi:

Yes. That is making sense. And it’s really hard stuff to explain, I think, because there’s so much just knowing involved. So I’m going to ask one more question that might be difficult to put into words.

Luminara:

Okay, I like a challenge, I do.

Brandi:

laughs Okay. When you’re present, and you’re able to feel into the animal’s energy—what does that feel like?

Luminara:

I’m trying to do it now to see if I can describe it. You just feel an incredible amount of powerful, present energy within yourself—because you’ve become that present. I can drop into that state instantly now.

When I’m with a horse, for example, and I see a truck coming down the road—I know the horse might spook. And it only takes a split second of my own fear to cause that horse to rear.

You really have to work hard to stay grounded in the moment.

Sometimes I even visualize myself being 30 feet tall, with my legs on either side of the horse, just to make myself feel bigger and stronger. It’s a visual anchor.

But I don’t really try to communicate with animals anymore. It just happens. It’s been so long that it’s become natural.

I think I had this ability when I was young without even realizing it. Because I was always just doing whatever the animal needed. And then, when we start to learn things, we get pulled away from those natural gifts.

People tell you what you should be doing, and what you’re doing isn’t real.

Even with Reiki—when I started—I told my teacher I’d been doing it for years with animals. But I didn’t know the word “Reiki” until about two years before that.

She said, “You couldn’t have been doing Reiki. You weren’t attuned.”

And that really shook me. I spent years doubting myself, thinking I’d made it all up. That it wasn’t real.

But it was real. It happened. And now I understand—she was part of my lesson. She was my teacher. That experience helped me learn to trust what I know.

Brandi:

Yeah. That’s a really interesting point—when other people who don’t experience what you do tell you what you should be experiencing… and then you have to go through that journey to reclaim your truth.

Reiki, Energy Healing, and the Quantum Field

Brandi:

How did you deal with that?

Luminara:

Well, I already had very low self-esteem when I started Reiki, so it pushed me down even further. But I had to go there to learn what I needed to learn.

Still, I was confused. I spent years thinking, “Did I make it all up? What was going on when I was a child, and the other healings I’ve done with my hands ever since?” But no—I didn’t make it up. It really happened.

I did go through some animosity toward my teacher. I had to process that ego stuff too. But where everything shifted for me was when science started proving what we already know to be true.

That was it.

That was the moment.

Everything I’d been doing on my healing path—everything I believed in, from animal communication to the idea that 99% of reality is unseen—I knew it was true. But we didn’t have proof. And I didn’t go to Harvard. I wasn’t a scientist.

But when science began showing evidence of the quantum field—and the interaction, and the effects we have on it—when they started saying everything is connected, and we are all one…

That was it.

Nothing before that moment mattered, because it confirmed everything I’d been feeling.

We were right all along. Not just me—we were all right.

Brandi:

Okay. Well, let’s tie everything together. How does healing fit into everything we’ve been talking about today—consciousness, animal telepathy, even Reiki?

Luminara:

Now that we know the quantum field exists—now that it’s been seen—I can explain this better.

There are a few different ways Reiki works.

One: there’s the power of touch. If you’re placing your hands on someone, that touch alone comforts them. The body responds. For example, if you put your hand on someone’s sore shoulder, the brain automatically sends more energy to that area. It doesn’t need your conscious intention.

Two: there’s the Reiki energy itself. It flows through the top of my head and out through my hands. That’s a separate current entirely.

Three: there’s the energy of intention and belief.

So, to break that down again:

  1. The physical comfort of touch. It relaxes the person, activates happy hormones, and helps the body heal.

  2. The energetic current of Reiki. It moves through me and into them.

  3. Intention. This is so powerful. Because if we’re all swimming in the same sea of consciousness, and there’s no real separation between us, then your thoughts—your intention—shape that sea.

If you love something—like your animal—and you believe in its healing… you don’t need to be attuned to Reiki to affect them. That belief, that love, that conscious focus—it’s all healing.

Brandi:

I love that.

Luminara:

And even though I do believe in attunement—I’ve only just learned that Reiki was brought here by the Arcturians.

Brandi:

I didn’t know that! I’m interested in that kind of thing.

Luminara:

Me too. Back in 2007, when I was being attuned as a Reiki Master, I had three beautiful Reiki Masters working on me. My eyes were closed, and all of a sudden, I said, “Oh my God, you’ve just turned into Arcturians!”

I could see these three giants standing around me, doing the work. My teachers hadn’t heard of the Arcturians at the time. They thought I was mad!

But just last year, my Reiki Master told me it’s now being channeled that the Arcturians did bring Reiki to us. I was like—wow! That’s such a beautiful confirmation.

So yes, I believe there are different ways of affecting energy. Different forms of healing energy. But we are all swimming in the same field.

And in the beginning, your intention and belief matter the most. They change the magnetic field around you. They affect the quantum field.

If you deeply believe healing isn’t real, or that it won’t work—it probably won’t.

But if you believe—even a little—then things can shift.

The Power of Conscious Creation and Words

Brandi:

I think that’s exactly what I was looking for. And this has been a really interesting conversation. I hope our listeners benefit and can try some of these things—becoming present, setting intentions, and just exploring what’s possible when we expand what we’ve known to be real.

Luminara:

Yeah. Conscious creation is where we have to be now. That’s probably my biggest message.

I’ve been teaching people about the power of words for a long time. Even though I knew this for half my life, I still had subconscious programming that was attracting nothing but trouble. Trauma, loss, more trauma. Even after my spiritual awakening at a young age.

Because here’s the thing: if your subconscious is telling the quantum field that you’re a victim—that you’ve been treated terribly—that’s what you’ll keep attracting. That’s what will keep creating around you.

Luminara:

And I think it’s really hard for people to accept that at the beginning. Your ego doesn’t want to believe you created that reality. It was very hard for me to accept, too—especially when the reality was so awful.

I was in abusive relationships. I used to ask, “What have I done to deserve this?” I would say, “It’s not my fault!”

You go to domestic violence centers and they tell you, “It’s not your fault.”

And now I want to go back and say—it wasn’t my fault, but it was my creation.

That’s not the same as blaming yourself. It’s about understanding your power.

And now, things are manifesting so quickly. So we have to be that much more conscious.

Our thoughts and emotions are creating reality in real time now. So we have to stay on top of what we’re thinking, how we’re feeling, and what stories we’re carrying around.

And we also have to remember—everyone around us is creating, too. But many people are still unconsciously creating.

Unless you live totally alone, you’re going to be affected by other people’s creations. Their energy will still bump into yours.

So the job of every lightworker and healer now is this:

  • Learn to consciously create.

  • Clear out those old programs that create for you when you’re not looking.

  • And help everyone around you do the same.

Because the world is changing fast. We can go one of two ways: we can destroy ourselves… or we can wake up and create Heaven on Earth.

And I believe we will.

Brandi:

People might say it’s idealistic…

Luminara:

They do! They say I’m silly and idealistic. But I believe we’ll get there. Especially meeting people like you recently—connecting with good souls all over the world.

We’re accelerating it together.

Brandi:

We are. And I believe it too.

Final Thoughts: Awakening, Animal Wisdom, and the Path Forward

Brandi:

What are your books called? I know by the time this episode airs—probably in July—at least one will be out. What do you have coming?

Luminara:

One came out on April 30th. It’s called Billionaires Club: Pure Love in Action. I don’t want to give too much away, because it’s probably a little different than what people might expect. But it follows the same principles as the songs I write: “Words I sing about to bring about.” In this book, I’ve written about what I want to bring into reality. It’s meant as an activation for the new Earth.

The one you might be more interested in is Sacred Souls: Animal Healers.

I created an animal Reiki course—and this book builds on that—but it’s not just about Reiki. It’s about every aspect of animals and healing. It includes all my stories. Even some funny ones—like the slugs and snails I didn’t tell you about yet. Tiny creatures I’ve spent hours saving in the middle of town. Things like that.

But more importantly, the book is about this: animals are the healers.

Luminara:

We think, “Oh, we’re going to heal animals.” But no—they are the ones healing us.

Animals take our illnesses so we don’t have to experience them.

If your dog suddenly gets cancer—what’s been going on in your life that could’ve created that cancer in you? That dog is your ally. They’ve taken it from you. And that’s hard for people to accept… but it’s true.

We have so many examples of people and animals sharing illnesses. Both having arthritic knees. Both developing IBS.

Brandi:

Oh my goodness. That makes me think… my cat has IBS.

Luminara:

Do you have it?

Brandi:

I don’t, actually. But now I wonder if she’s shielding me. I’ve noticed how my state of mind affects her. I’m like—how has this happened?

Luminara:

Just the recognition of that possibility can shift the energy. It opens something.

Have you looked into the emotional pain body? That’s the name we give to the dark energy in the world. Just recognizing it—when it creeps in through illness, depression, sadness—just recognizing it can start to shrink it. Because you’re shining the light of consciousness on it.

So you noticing that connection with your cat? That might be enough to start a shift.

Get those Reiki hands on her!

Brandi:

She hasn’t let me yet. But I’ll try.

Luminara:

Try it from a distance. Sit in the room with her. Be fully present. Look into her energy field—but don’t force anything on her. People try it in fish tanks sometimes, but I say no, don’t do that. They can’t escape. Let the animal choose. Go to another part of the room. Let them take what they want from the energy.

Brandi:

Okay, I’ll try that. And maybe I’ll post a comment on this video later so people can see what happened.

Is there anything else you want to share that we haven’t gotten to talk about today?

Luminara:

On the YouTube channel, there’s some free accredited Reiki training. I haven’t really gotten on well with AI—trying to clone my voice and stuff—it’s not great. But there is a true story about healing a cat with Reiki, or hands-on healing. She had a giant tumor. They said it was the end. It’s a short story, a poem really—because I write children’s stories and adult stories that way.

There’s also some poetry about healing M.E. (myalgic encephalomyelitis). The poem is called Surrendered—because I didn’t heal until I surrendered. It goes through everything I went through.

The cat story is called Miracles. Because that’s what it was. The vet disagreed. He said Reiki wouldn’t work. Then when it did, he said, “Well, it’s not you. It’s just a miracle.”

And I thought—fine. It is a miracle. But it was that cat’s time to live, not die.

Brandi:

Okay, we’ll link that in the show notes too. And Luminara, where can people find you and the work you’re doing?

Luminara:

Finally, my website is done—with all the timelines merged. laughs

Anyone normal would say, “You can’t have all that stuff on one site.” But yes, I can. Because it’s me. Why keep using different names when names have vibration? So I culminated it all under “Luminara.”

The website is:
👉 www.tcoinfinity.com (short for “The Center of Infinity”)

It includes links to my music, guided meditations, personalized scripts, Reiki attunements—even in special places like mountaintops or beaches. There’s lots there.

Brandi:

Wonderful. All right, everyone—you know what to do. Go check out all that good stuff in the show notes.

And Luminara, thank you so much for sharing a little piece of yourself here with us today.

Luminara:

Thank you very much. Thanks for having me. I’d love to know more about you. One thing I’m offering podcast hosts is—if you ever want me to interview you, I’d love to do that.

Brandi:

Oh my gosh. I’d love that too.

Luminara:

Yes. You deserve it.

Brandi:

Let’s talk about it!

Luminara:

Thank you. Thanks a lot.
